What if my order is lost or damaged? 

Please know that Arrow Head Wood Crafters is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages upon arrival. If your item is lost or damaged from shipment, please contact your shipping carrier.

 

What if I typed the wrong address for shipment?

Please know that the address you type is the address your shipment will be sent to. If you need to make an address change, please contact us directly at arrowheadwc@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has not already been fulfilled, we can do our best to update!
